Skin is the largest organ of our body and plays an important role to protect our body. Along with protection, it also regulates our body temperature, controls moisture loss and UV protection.

Your skin health depends on some of the internal and external factors. Internal factors include a genetic aspect, the ageing process and hormonal changes.

External factors contain unhealthy diet, stress, a lack of sleep, not enough exercise, dehydration, smoking, and medications can all impact the skin’s health.

Everyone wants a healthy and glowing skin so you can improve your skin health by following some basic skincare routine in morning and night

1. Cleansing - Twice a day routine

Cleansing is washing a face using a gentle cleanser according to your skin type with lukewarm water. This is the first and most important step: it removes all excess oil on the face, makeup and gives a fresh feel in the morning and night. Try to use a cleanser which gives hydration and glow to the face.

2. Toning - Twice a day routine

Toning is an important to step after cleansing, it helps to remove residue of cleanser or make-up that may have been left behind. Toner also helps to restore the natural pH level of the skin, leaves your skin clean, clear and ready to be hydrated.  Use alcohol-free toner which will avoid skin dryness. Toning is also required to do two times.

3. Moisturizing - Twice a day routine

Moisturized skin is happy skin!!! You have to moisturize your skin twice a day. Moisturizers keep your skin hydrated and healthy. Select moisturizers according to your skin type.

If you have oily skin then go for gel-based moisturizer, for combination or normal skin go with emulsion with cream, lotion serum and for dry skin use butter. Moisturize your skin twice a day. Moisturiser with Hyaluronic acid or aloe vera gives long term hydration.

4. Sunscreen

Protection against harmful rays of sun is a best skin care routine. In the morning, after application of moisturizer use broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or more. You can also use sunscreen as a base of make up. You should apply sunscreen 15-20 minutes before going out. You can apply sunscreen depending on requirement if you feel or immediately after swimming or sweating.

5. Day Cream

This products comes with a many properties in together. On the go product when you don’t have time for many products.

Day cream acts as a moisturizer, anti aging , skin brightening or lightening product , also gives the spf protection etc.

After application of Sunscreen you have to apply day cream. You can also use day cream as a base for makeup.

6. Night Cream - Night Skin Care

Night creams are generally thicker and heavier and designed to be absorbed over the course of several hours.

This product contains many active ingredients which gives nourishment rejuvenation along with anti-ageing, intense hydration, skin firming, skin brightening, skin rejuvenation, collagen boosting, activities and so on….
